I placed an order through the app this evening. I always get the same thing each and every time it's stored in my favorites. For whatever reason I received a different sandwich so after seeing it's not what I had ordered. I called the store and let them know I told them I'd be more than happy to bring it back and get the sandwich that I ordered. The girl was very rude and she said well we don't do that. I have stayed away from this location for a long time because it didn’t feel clean to me but I recently went in and was pleasantly surprised. It clearly has new owners. I’m not sure how long they have been running it but it is so clean and the food is fresh. The woman behind the counter is professional, friendly and gives service with a smile.
