Good afternoon Google Family. I decided to visit this location of IHOP so that Michael and I could grab a quick breakfast. We have a nice outing planned today and the highlight will be visiting Otherworld for the first time on Grant Avenue. Dee was our server and she seated us in a nice, big booth. Michael ordered a hot chocolate, eggs, bacon and sausage plus chicken strips. I ordered french toast and bacon plus a hot chocolate. My food was so good and I was so so hungry. I ate quickly. Michael and I truly enjoyed our food. Our server, Dee was an excellent server and was so nice and friendly.

The service started okay however, when she brought me the coffee pot it was dirty the table was still dirty and the seats. Ordered my food 15 minutes later food comes out but it cold i mean everything. I was so upset I ask for my check. The waiter ask what wrong I told her that my food was cold. She turned around and said oh that come from it just sitting in the kitchen. I didn't wanna just bring your food out i was waiting to bring out everybody food. That not how that work ,she never ask if she could get me anything else only thing she wants was an tip.. she bring me my check i give her

The coffee pots was dirty,the server was good but this place located was not up to Ihop standards. I had to ask to change the table, It was cold, the food were OK, they wasn't really pay attention to the costumer demand in the back of the house,my wife ask to not cook her steak we'd found out they actually did cook it with it, that is liability, there should be an undercover visit from corporate. There are a lots of negligence in managerial.

We had such a wonderful experience at IHOP on the BLVD today. Our server Nashai was absolutely amazing. She was actually the manager, but she stepped right in to help serve tables and made us feel so welcomed and cared for the entire time. Her attitude was warm, professional, and genuinely kind, and you could tell she truly cares about her customers and team.
