Our group of 3 arrived just after COVE opened and we chose to sit in a booth. I ordered the Carolina bbq sandwich with rosemary garlic fries, and my sisters both ordered the smash burgers with the fries. The fries are absolutely 10/10 addicting and an honest 10/10 for the sandwich as well. Thanks for great service today Jason!!

I came here for some food and drinks and was definitely not disappointed! The Brussels sprouts and the poke nachos are both absolute must-tries—the flavors were incredible—and the chicken sandwich was another great addition to the meal. My waitress was fantastic and very attentive; she was the one who recommended those dishes, and she really nailed it. The atmosphere was perfectly relaxed with live music playing, creating such a great vibe for the evening. I'll definitely be coming back!!!

Arrived SEATAC later in the day and headed directly south to meet some family members in the Olympia area. We were hungry and looked up revivers for the local area and found Cove. A unique restaurant/bar combo. Four of us ordered for the evening and started out with Kimchi Brussels Sprouts and a bowl of clam chowder. The clam chowder was excellent- not too thick and very flavorful. Amazingly the Brussels sprouts were a big hit and didn’t last 5 minutes! Our main meals consisted of grilled Rockfish sandwich with side of clam chowder, Chicken Pesto sandwich, Black Cod portion and my Cajun
