I ordered two Mocha Cookie Crumbles with caramel and NO whip at all from this location, and it was completely wrong. This is literally the only drink I ever order — so I know how it’s supposed to taste and look. These ones had way too much ice, no real flavor, and basically tasted like straight ice with no sugar or richness. Not even close to Starbucks standards. Very disappointed — won’t be coming back here again.

The team here truly cares about getting the drinks crafted to perfection. I had a mistake on my drink once & Rashat was quick to remake the drink and ensure it was made perfect. My all time favorite Starbucks since then! Rashat deserves a raise. From experience, if you feel your drink is off, communicate with the Baristas & they will make it their priority to hand you a well crafted coffee. This is my Starbucks now because I can’t trust any one else to make it right it like this team. Thank you Starbucks on Grove & thank you Rashat! The drive thru this morning was awful. I told them I placed an order online and that it was set for in-store pickup. Her response was a very rude "what" so I repeated what I said and she said something weird. I dont know. When I got to the window one girl there, was nice but the one who gave me my second item had a smug smile while turning to talk to the other person there. I have no idea what was up with that. My husband asked for no ice in my coffee and the manager "Victoria" informed my husband that its against policy to make a drink without ice? I come to location every morning and order my drink with no ice and I've never had an issue. When I called to ask why we were refused no ice? Victoria was rude, nasty and disrespectful! When I questioned what was the problem she stated the following! "You can either come get another made or get of the phone ". Ive never experienced anything like this at this location or any location before.
