Went here for a few shakes. Ordered a chocolate shake and it was straight vanilla with a HINT of chocolate. We asked for a new one because its not what was ordered. The manager rolled her eyes and had attitude about it. The second one wasnt much better. We can see the chocolate syrup but I had to mix it myself. Still barely any chocolate "3 pumps"

Haven't eaten in Jack-in-the Box in decades. Tried the Teriyaki bowl combo, which I would not have thought they would offer and was pleasantly surprised. Combo came with an eggroll and drink. Staff was efficient and very nice. You do need to get a code from staff to use the restrooms.

I know that most people dont get food at late hours. But if you order from here anytime after 12 you will get the worst food ever. Everytime we order we get old fries and they never give us our full order. Im sick and tired of ordering from this place. In the day it's great but at night it's terrible. Just ordered a munchie meal with extra onion rings and they give me a total of 7 onion rings and no sweet n sour which I ordered. Everytime I get fries it's stale and old. They either have to make sure the workers make the actual food and the old stuff is thrown out. Or do some restructuring beca

—————1000000000 worst service ever!!! Left the following with corporate. I have done this job. Unacceptable. I am extremely unhappy with the customer service received at pick up in the drive through. I will be adding this review to all review resources as well. The drive through attendant was extremely rude, listening to my phone conversation (which he explicitly referenced in our conversation), confrontational about my sauce request.
