If I could give 0 stars I would. I have never been to a Philz that had terrible customer service. Met my match today. My order sat behind everyone for 12 minutes before I even said anything. You would think to address someone waiting if the entire lobby has cleared out and you’re still there waiting. 22 mins to get a damn coffee . First & last time I’ll ever visit orange I’d rather drive to costa mesa

Very busy coffee shop in the heart of Orange's downtown. I like their commitments to diversity, arts, and nature support. They provide used grounded coffee for a garden, just free of charge. I have never seen this practice in my area. I think it is valuable appreciation to fruits of nature.

I go here every morning and its always consistent, the staff are very kind and considerate, and it is clean and a great place to study. There were some occasions where they gave me the wrong food order, but they always rectify the issue so quickly with no qualms, and let me keep the extra item. Great staff!

The parking lot was a little confusing because it was only for mobile orders. Parking on the street was plentiful, though this early in the morning may be easier than later in the day. Nobody greeted me, and there weren't any obvious signs of where to start in the ordering process. I finally saw the arrow on the floor and knew where to start. I got an ecstatic iced coffee "creamy and fluffy" is how she described it to me. It tasted a little chalky at first. There wasn't a bold flavor as described.
