In December 2025, we visited Chick-fil-A in the Orem Plaza in Orem, Utah. As they are only seasonal Christmas items, We ordered 2 peppermint milk shakes and they were delicious. Chick-fil-A has legendary food quality, and their stores are usually busy with happy and satisfied customers. We enjoy eating at Chick-fil-A and we consider ourselves among their legions of happy and satisfied customers.

Fries have sucked lately: There has been an issue the last few times I have been to this location where the quality of the fries has been just awful. I have like two maybe three good fries in an entire container. The rest are the gross potato ends, poorly cut (not cut all the way through), often times have mold spots, and the rest of the container is basically just crumbs. I would give a pass if this happened once or twice. But it’s been the last like four or five times I have come to this location, and I come here at least once a week. I adore Chick Fil-a! These folks KNOW how to run a drive through. Picked up an extra sandwich today for my wife. She was SO happy...even thoush she complained that she didn't need the calories. Exceptional service, as always. Thanks Cathy family!!

My family has come here a few times in last 2-4 months. (Lunch and dinner) Sometimes drive thru, sometimes eat in. Every time the food is HOT FRESH and DELICIOUS. The chicken is always perfectly cooked whether grilled, fried etc. Fingers/nuggets or sandwich. Fries are so good, perfectly salted and hot. The Lemonade ....WOW!!! Best lemonade anywhere,!!!
