We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. Juan at the bar was extremely attentive and gave us excellent drink recommendations, he knew exactly what we were looking for. Bosco and Mauricio took amazing care of us throughout the night, always attentive and making sure everything arrived on time. The food was absolutely delicious. I especially recommend the matcha tiramisu: delicate in flavor with an incredibly smooth, creamy texture. We will definitely be back!

Jinya never disappoints. The takoyaki and the spicy creamy vegetable ramen are my go to. The only downside are the tables are a little tight and with the ramen I get a little too warm. Other than that our server, Angel was super attentive and made great conversation. I also got a free chocolate mochi ice cream for signing up for the rewards program which wasn’t here the last time I came. Overall, another yummy night 🤤

I consider this to be one of the better ramen shops in the Orlando area. However—unlike in Japan—the broth isn't served piping hot here, so it is standard practice to specifically request "boiling hot broth" when placing your order. Unfortunately, even with a Japanese owner, the authentic flavors found in Japan are simply non-existent in Orlando. My partner ordered the "Special," but the cabbage included in it was far too tough—a rather disappointing oversight. Angel was our server he was great, personable and gave us great recommendations. I went there with my friend we both had ramen tried the matcha latte and signed up for rewards and got a free dessert. Overall the food was great I had chicken ramen. The second pic shows the sauce he recommended. Only downside is it was a little complicated to find parking COMPARED to the city I live in but it’s downtown Orlando it’s typical to have to find a parking garage or the very few street parking spots. Either way you have to walk like 2 mins to get there.
