M Sumner★★★★Amazing food but service was not so amazing. Had the Wednesday prime special, it was wonderful. The French onion soup was excellent. I enjoyed the hot bacon dressing on my salad. We also had fried cheese curds to start. So 5-stars in the food category…. But 1 star on the service. Although we had a relatively large group, everyone very nice and patient. We waited 15 minutes from sitting down to be waited on, and the server seemed short with us, didn’t answer questions well and was robotic in taking the order. The only problem is it is so popular that you sometimes have to wait a while. I definitely recommend reservations. It is one of those special places for families and gatherings with a large room in the back if necessary for a bigger group

Another 15 min for waitress we watched tables get their food all around us even though they got there 20 or 30 min. after us. Finely after an hour our food came.
