I catered for my 12 year old daughter’s birthday from Chipotle today. Missing several items, including meat and lettuce. I had to rush out to buy taco meat so I had enough food to feed everyone. I called the Oviedo Chipotle, absolutely no assistance. Told me they were sorry, but told me nothing they could do, corporate dictates amount of food. I would understand that if I wasn’t missing items! I should had known something was off. They were rushing around completing the orders. They didn’t even check my ID. Maybe I got someone else’s order? Which would make sense, I did mention maybe that

Walked up to get my order and the boy at the front said “what up” , the counters are full of crap and filthy, the boys who work the line are usually rude. The counters always look like a pig stye. We always eat here but this time just felt disgusting and so unprofessional. There was also no forks. My queso was slopped everywhere. I’m not sure how this location even passes the standard health department checks.

There is an older hispanic man that works here and every time he's running the taco bar our tacos are the BEST. I could order the exact same thing from another employee and they are fine, but when it's this guy, they are far and away better. I don't know what it is! He has the magic touch. And he always loads me up with cheese when I ask for extra while other employees tend to skimp a bit. This man needs a raise. Also, this particular location is also quick and has my online orders ready in time. I moved closer to this one after previously living near the Chipotle on E. Colonial and that one
