This place is a total disaster. I have never seen such a lack of basic common sense or management in my life. If you value your time and sanity, stay far away. The Main Issues: • Abysmal Wait Times: They managed to create a line of 10+ people while moving at a snail’s pace. I had to wait over 40 minutes for a simple order. This isn't "fast" food; it’s a hostage situation. • Incompetent Staff: The employees clearly have no idea what they are doing. They look completely lost, running around in circles, and when you ask a simple question, they just shrug their shoulders and stare at you blankly.

Hello, I would like to report an incident that happened to me tonight, which caused both a loss of time and financial harm. I work as a driver, and I only wanted to grab something quick to eat, so I chose Burger King. I checked the mobile app and placed my order at the closest store that showed as open. I headed to 10220 Reisterstown Rd, Owings Mills, MD 21117, which still had about 12–13 minutes before closing. Average Burger King. The staff were not exactly friendly, but they were helpful enough. Things seemed a bit disorganized behind the counter, with multiple people all yelling at a single employee doing the real work. The bathroom was a bit rundown, but it was very clean. Minus 1 star because they forgot to put bacon on my bacon melt.
