My FAVORITE Dunkin hands down! Just when one might think they're all the same, not here, ALWAYS FRIENDLY, Service quick & convenient! If you ever notice a little line, it's because this dunkin is doing something right! Definitely the best in the area! Oh yeah, great ICE cream deals too!

The worst customer service and employee I have ever encountered. January 4th, 2026 @ 5:00 pm went through the drive thru to pick up an order. Pulled out my clean empty tumbler and asked if I could get some ice and the employee was very kind and said sure. He brought it back and another employee snatched it out of his hands and gave it to me saying “give me $1.06 for ice”. I told him the first employee never said that & every Dunkin I’ve gone to including this don’t charge if you give them your own cup and if it’s their cup it’s like .50 cents. He gets nasty and says I’m not even a regular cust

This was my one and only visit to this location. The guy who assisted me is extremely rude, no greeting, no thank you, no manners. He didn't want to answer any of my questions and he cut me off several times while I was placing my order. When I asked him what a specific item was, he said, "just tell me how many you want". After bagging the items, instead of handing the bag to me, he sat the bag on the counter pointed to the card reader said tap your card here and walked away, I was holding cash in my hand. I should have left the bag on the counter and walked away. I am disappointed in myself

Terrible customer service. I ordered an Iced Cappuccino and the Indian man gave me the most disgusting drink that was absolutely not a Cappuccino. I watched him make it before I even finished ordering. I told him this wasn’t a cappuccino, he says that it is and he “put cappuccino it.” I drink an Iced Cappuccino from Dunkin everyday, I know that it’s blended. He proceeded to tell me I was wrong. I just left. To make it worse, whatever drink he gave me was way too sweet and gross. Will never be returning to this location.
