S Chin★★★★★It’s been years since I have been to el toro loco. The location has moved to a corner bigger lot with front door parking available which is a plus. The food is good and it’s not that expensive and their portions are what my husband would call “decent size”. I ordered the jalea large to share and we each orders lomo saltado , Bistec a lo Pobre and a chicken dish that looks like a stew. We also ordered half pitcher of sangria which wasn’t as strong a Puerto 27 or Limon . However, we ordered a pisco sour and just mixed it with the sangria and boy, it was a lot better. Would we come back? Definit
