From start to finish, George always had our back. He made sure everything we wanted was in place, he followed up with us when we needed, and he was readily available when we had questions. We celebrated our daughter's 18th masquerade bday debut in September & we made the best decision to host it at the Cotillion's. George accommodated most of our requests & coordinated with our (extra) outside caterers seamlessly. All our guests complimented how delicious the food was. The celebrant suite was a plus. The added backdrop made it very grand & in sync with our theme. We rented the Regal room at the back which was beautiful, but the main downside is the lack of sound-proofing. The most beautiful venue to have a wedding reception!! This summer, our son and his bride had their wedding reception here. The entire staff went above and beyond in their hospitality to make sure that the reception and dinner went smoothly and it did!!! In fact, so many of our guests are still talking about the food (the appetizers and meal), the amazing serving staff, and the overall environment/beautifully decorated banquet rooms.
