My family and I had lunch at Shogun on Sunday. Then minute we walked in we were greeted and seated right away. The hostess and server were very attentive, kind, and welcoming. The place its self is beautiful and well cleaned. Our chef Marvin was AMAZING!! He was talking to us the whole time, he was friendly, and had great attitude over all. He cooked our steaks to our liking, just as we had requested! Our family and I look fwd to going back to this location, just for Marvin! We have been to the Temecula location, but the Palm Desert location is 10 times better.

My family loves to teppanyaki (I have 4kids and the youngest is 5) the chef was not interactive at all, he kept looking down at the order or walking back to the wall. Didn’t do a show at all and I had to ask him to do the onion volcano after he cooked everything. Very disappointed because it was nice looking inside and they had a good “happy hour “
