the service was fine the environment was fine but the drink itself was disgusting. i’m not sure if the milk is spoiled or what it is but i never get dutchbros it’s rare when i go and the one time i decided to get a drink since it was right next to me it was horrible. at first i didn’t notice anything wrong with the drink when i had grabbed it since it was late and dark already. i took a few sips and it was very thick and didn’t taste great at all. i had got home and looked at the drink and its thick and has a lot of stuff floating around. it was a iced drink so it shouldn’t have been thick lik

Special shout out to the team at this location! I was an idiot and ordered my birthday drink at another location and after going through the steps to cancel my order I got the “someone will get back to you in 24-48 hours” message. So I crossed my fingers and hoped that the Palmdale location would help me out. And sure enough, they assisted me! I explained to Jordan in the drive thru what happened and he helped me out. Tried the Pink Velvet Mocha Freeze, their holiday drink, and it was actually pretty good. It is definitely very sweet, but enjoyable if you are in the mood for something dessert like. There was a line when I went and they only had one person outside taking orders. Usually there are two, but I had patience. No complaints about the atmosphere. At the end of the day, they are polite and I got my order right.
