Sunday, May 24, 2026 Another first-time spot for us, and Jax Diner definitely did not disappoint. This small, quaint diner is located in the strip mall next to the Post Office on Tamiami Trail. From the moment you walk in, you get that classic old-fashioned diner feel, complete with a countertop bar eating area, cozy booths, and tables. My wife and I decided to split a ham and cheese omelet with hash browns and rye toast. I must say, the portion was more than enough and everything was packed with flavor. Absolutely incredible food and service! Old diner vibe and great home made cooking. It is cash only but don’t hesitate stopping by this place! Highly recommend it. Every dish I saw come out of the kitchen looked incredible. Super clean restaurant and great service! If you’re in the area, swing by and grab a bite. They also have old fashion milkshakes! Definitely worth the stop.

My mother, aunt, and I had breakfast at Jax Diner in North Fort Myers this morning, and it was absolutely delicious. I ordered the fried bologna with potatoes and eggs, my mother had a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit, and my aunt ordered two eggs with wheat toast. Everything was cooked perfectly, with generous portions that left us more than satisfied. The food here is always consistently good, and today was no exception. Our waitress was fantastic, friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better. We’ll definitely be back!

Like the vibe , what I ordered was good but the hash browns can't just sit and serve because they were cold and tasted old. The Hollandaise even though packaged was still tasty and the English muffin was toasted wich was showing they get it especially with the olives on top for the classic touch.
