Waited almost 10 minutes while the front counter worker ignored myself and several others waiting for food that was ready for pickup. The line worker had to finally get our orders for us, as she turned right back to texting after finally asking us our order names.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Heavier set women behind the counter stairs at me while I was trying to let her know I was picking up online order then looked away never responded to me. After I stood at counter for 30 minutes before being acknowledged by another drive through staff member. I did an online order and left 30 minutes waiting at the counter 15 minutes to drive there on my lunch break clocked back in late. When I got to work order was wrong. Horrible customer service I would fire entire staff and get people that actually care about their job.

Yummyy... 24 hours too! Service was nice but no sauce in the bag:( 2nd visit unsweetened was very very soured. I went at 7:30AM. I called to ask if they use lemon tea and she said "no" so, that explained it. Next visit same thing...Always has soured unsweetened tea. Since I don't drink sugary drinks I asked them for something else like nacho fries or another taco and they said they can't but they can give the cinnamon twists. We don't eat them. But they gave them to us anyways, we threw them away, because we don't eat them. The guy said it'd take a long time to brew more. So guess what? I didn

This Taco Bell never has a line. I stopped coming here. I go out of my way to a different location and wait in line. All because your employees here are so incredibly rude. Without a doubt some of the rudest in the entire city and I know you don't care and that it means nothing to you, but that is REALLY saying something. Even Popeyes is more polite.
