I have been wanting to visit KiKu for some time now and last night we went there for dinner. I am disappointed in the experience. The staff: not very accommodating and customer service is not priority, instead they act like there doing you a favor. All of the hostess in the front start the tone of arrogance and create a non welcoming tone. The atmosphere: very open set up and dimmed lighting but we were there for dinner so it was a dinner setting, understood. The food: OMG, not good at all. This is the second year in a row. My family and I went here for dinner. The food was absolutely amazing, our chef was fantastic and super fun, and the portions were huge. Will definitely be back again! Thank you for another great birthday :)

We visited kiku for double birthday celebrations. We all order the hibachi I had the seafood Evan or shrimp Nolan also ordered seafood and everyone else I don't even know.Great dinner very entertaining hibachi cook and ice cream for the boys at the end. Came here for the first time to have an early Mother’s Day dinner with my family. Reservation was at 7pm and we didn’t get seated until about 8pm. The waiting area was packed and kids were just running all over the place. It was chaos. We finally decided to walk over by the bar and grab drinks while we waited and to get away from the hectic waiting area. We frequently checked to see if table was ready and they kept saying 10 more minutes. Must’ve heard that 3 or 4 times. We finally get seated and was greeted by our waitress, Karen. We ordered our drinks and when my lychee martini came out, the
