This was a pathetic excuse for service. We do not eat bacon, yet this location ignored our clear instructions and loaded it onto both the burger and the potato. It doesn’t matter why we don't eat it—we ordered it that way, and your staff completely failed at the simplest part of their job. To make matters worse, half the order was missing: no nuggets, no drink, and no sides. It’s like the people working here can’t even read a receipt. We paid for a full meal and ended up with a bag of wrong food and missing items. This place is a disaster. Save your money and go literally anywhere else where t

I have never experienced a manager in any fast food. Restaurant as on this visit. Not only was he friendly and accommodating, but went out of his way to do his very best. His attitude reflected in the staff as well

The food at this Wendy's is pretty good, and I always enjoy their fresh salads and burgers. However, I've had a couple of visits where the service was a bit slow, which can be frustrating during lunch rush. Overall, it's a solid option when I'm looking for a quick bite.

Order online. Saw name on screen. Someone at register canceled order. Confronted employee after waiting for 15 mins then was given cold food. Asked if food was made fresh or sitting because of their error. Food sat and everything cold. Ended up waiting a half hour for a simple 4 for 4 order
