Sent my girlfriend in to grab a frozen mocha 6 swirl and a breakfast sandwich. The sandwich was good but it was the entirely wrong order! They gave me an iced coffee with raspberry in it! It could have closed my throat off. Good thing I looked before taking a drink. They need to get their act together.

Had the mint coffee which was good and the ham and cheese stuffed croissant. Though it was flat, it tasted good, but it's not even close to the picture. Staff was friendly and nice, and when we pointed out they forgot the almond croissant they fixed it right away. The drive through line was long but moved fast.

the cashiers are rude. the drinks are great but, my god these cashier's are rude. it's enough to make me not want to return. id drive over on Emerson just to avoid this Dunkin, and their rude cashiers, and customer service. guess they hired a bunch of new gens because this behavior is disgusting. another thing, is that I ordered an avocado toast on the app, they proceed to wait to tell me when I pull up to the window that they're out, I asked for my money back, but they proceeded to say I had to do it through the app. I also had told her to have a great day and she slammed the window in my fac

Told the cashier when we order for extra Carmel in a Carmel latte when it was out it tasted like milk I asked for more and they stirred it and served it back to me then my girlfriend told the cashier two times what she ordered it was a hot pumpkin spice latte with extra pumpkin they served her a iced pumpkin latte we just left and won’t be spending money here again terrible paying attention skill and poor communication over all terrible experience.
