In these days of shrink-flation you can add Panera cinnamon bagel to the list. My wife stopped on her way home to buy me a treat. When I opened the bag, I couldn’t believe what I saw. What they’re selling today looks nothing like what you would’ve bought a year or two ago and the price of course has gone up. She said she thought she read some where that they no longer make them in store and that bagels are shipped in from some central location. They should ship them back and tell them to try again.

I would definitely not recommend ordering or coming to this location absolutely horrible customer service. I got an Uber order from here and their excuse was is they didn’t have time to sit on the phone with Uber, but yet they’re still affiliated with Uber and none of this orders are coming through their system and they don’t want to take the time to figure it out so instead of Being understanding and making the order for somebody who paid they continue to bash the driver’s .

Disgusting. Ordered two hazelnut coffees with extra cream and sugar-simple right? Nope, not here. The girl opened the window with snot running down her lip handing me 2 coffees while telling me there is no sugar in them. Asked me if I wanted her to put sugar in them...Yep. that's why I ordered 2 with sugar. No extra cream either. Guess she couldn't read. Threw them both away. Then Tina put me on hold for 6 minutes when I called to get my money back. Guess I'll do a dispute tomorrow

Well they've finally done it, they've ruined the French Baguette! It was flat and dense and hard like a hockey puck (forgot to take a pic before returning it). The lady at the counter said they were all like that so I traded it in for chips. The Steak and White Cheddar sandwich is actually pretty good but pricey. The Broccoli Cheddar Soup is still good but portions are getting pretty skimpy. I don't get the Caesar Chicken Salad anymore because it's been disappointing, too many core chunks, grated cheese instead of sliced, inedible croutons. Overall I think Panera is no longer worth the pric
