The restaurant was clean, and the food was good. The older lady and older gentleman working at the front counter were both very friendly and provided great customer service. Unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by what appeared to be the manager’s behavior toward the staff. She was yelling at employees in front of customers, which was uncomfortable to witness. I understand that busy shifts can be stressful, but employees deserve to be treated with respect. If I worked there, I would have walked out. I hope management addresses this, because the front-line employees were doing their

One of the good fried chicken in Cleveland. Very friendly staff and very tasty chicken. Prices are very reasonable considering the taste and quantity……. Service is fast. Place is clean and calm. Overall good value for the money

Wonder Woman Debbie took our order this Halloween and we got a gobbler, steak nuggets and mac n cheese. Debbie hit me with the lasso of truth and I could not lie, I promptly ordered the curly fry she knew I wanted. Everything was perfect. We ate in the dining room and it was clean and quiet. We will def be going back!

My crispy fish sandwich was hard and not edible the fries were cold and hard even after the employee stated that the food was freshly dropped after waiting a considerable amount of time to have two meals that were not prepared fresh is an insult I will never visit or recommend this Arby’s location to anyone
