Food came out fast but a little cold but it was okay I just microwaved it. Was hard to communicate at drive thru speaker. Was trying to use app deal in drive thru but was told no. I did my own research looks like you have to select deal first and tell them the code. They did give ketchup and napkins which was nice

They almost always get the order wrong... employees are usually nice, but there has only been very few times that the order was actually correct. Also the food is often a bit cold. My guess is the owners are not very professional, or management is pretty bad, or they are understaffed??? Not sure... it sucks because when we first started going here it was pretty decent, and in general, the location is convenient... Food tastes good when it's done right... but it's just very frustrating... there were a few times where we didn't get food we paid for and didn't bother going back because it was sup

The dining room is absolutely disgusting! Everyday table is dirty! With only 1 table taken! The inside is absolutely foul! Trash all over! Dirty rugs, pop station has no lids and pop spilled all over! No hand sanitizer! Trash all over floors! I asked for a receipt 3 times since the kiosk did not print mine…. I was given an eye roll and no receipt! Had to ask for ketchup 3 times as well! When I walked in there was NOONE in line before me and only only table with 3 individuals! If I wasn’t hungry and in a rush to work I would have immediately left! I used my own sanitizer wipes to wipe everythin

I really want to love this location, close to home and convenient, but I can't even count how many times they've messed up a sinple double cheeseburger and fries. My bad for giving them chance after chance, I guess. They've messed it up so much I have to check the app to make sure I'm not hallucinating what goes on a double cheeseburger or a mcdouble. I've gotten so many double cheeseburgers from this location that are just 2 patties, 2 slices of cheese and ketchup. Where's the pickles, onions and mustard?
