So I ordered a crunch wrap supreme. I think they forgot my meat, and have my cheese to someone else. It was pretty much a salad wrap. My friend ordered a cheesey bean burrito, with no nacho cheese add shredded cheese. They gave her more nacho cheese than I got. The guy at the drive thru was more or less hating his job. There is no awning over the drive thru, so you get drenched in the rain. But they got my diet Coke right.

Horrible experience, I waited all day to eat Taco Bell and when I got here There's barely anything on my burritos. I'm very disappointed

Went here at 1 a.m., which is already the hour when society starts coming apart, but this Taco Bell was operating like a FEMA drill for chalupas. The drive-thru line was backed up practically to Brookpark Road. I waited forever, finally got to the front, placed my order, paid for my food, and then everyone inside suddenly seemed confused by the very concept of an order. They asked me again what I had ordered, even though I had already paid, then made me sit at the window while they remade it with a huge line of cars behind me silently aging into retirement. AITA? my friend and I placed a mobile order online and went through the drive thru to get it. we got stuck in snow in their drive thru because it wasn't plowed well at all. actually while im at it, their drive thru layout is the worst thing I've ever seen in my life. on top of already getting stuck in the snow, you would think our food would be ready once we got there... it wasn't. so on top of being stuck in the snow for an hour, we had to wait an almost additional 20 minutes for our food. you think it would stop there, but once we got our food, it was cold and we got some wrong items. truly
