Quality is definitely DOWN 👎 at Taco Bell(Pasco,WA). It's fast but sloppy and definitely NOT what it should be. False Advertising as their food lacks many ingredients. Perhaps this could be a New Year's resolution for me and whoever reads this as to NOT waste your money at Taco Bell. The 5 Layer Burrito in this photo was from today's purchase. There was ONLY one other couple besides me in the lobby at the time of this pathetic service.

We eat at Taco Bell all the time, but this location has been terrible both times we’ve visited. The first time, I waited in the lobby and nobody even acknowledged me. The second time, the drive-thru system was glitching, my order was wrong, and the staff were rude and unhelpful. No apologies or proper service. Definitely the worst Taco Bell experience we’ve had. Very disappointing. If I were the owner of this particular franchise, I would redo some training with my employees. 4/8/2026 3:00 and by the time I have the new food in my hand it is 3:40. That was not the quick Taco Bell experience

12.50 for a luxe cravings box? At other taco bells I go to it is 6 dollars. 12 dollars is absurd for a crunch wrap, burrito and a drink. The greed of this restaurant is insane. Go to the mcdonalds down the street instead. Dont give this taco bell your money. Especially when they ruin the food you pay double for
