Queen Nikki★★★★★HERE FOR CAM!!!! This location and the one on Carmichael are my favorites. I probably visit both locations every single day, all year round. One for my afternoon drink and one for my evening drink. Cam is the best, he was at the Carmichael location before and is now here, and is doing amazing with this location! He deserves a raise and stock in WUC if he doesn’t already have it. I am always treated with kindness and given the best service. They go out of their way to make your drink the way you like it. I love this location and will continue to be a loyal customer.
jess★Worst customer service ever. came to this location since my usual spot closed early worst decision ever!! Was in the drive through line before they closed but waited a long time by the time we got to the window it was 7:59 was told we would not be served. no greeting she just stared and had a stank face. i informed the barista - (Jocelyn) had to ask her name for accuracy that she would not make our drinks since she was closing in 30 seconds. i informed her that we had been in line before closing time and it was due to her OWN pace that it was not fair that we were being denied service. do not
