The best bakery in Salem! They always have a fun selection of donuts and pastries, pies, cakes, cookies… everything you could want and everything is so good! I also love their selection of coffee and breakfast sandwiches. The employees are always so super sweet. We come in here several times a week. It’s my emotional support establishment. I stopped in Coffee Time Bake Shop during peak hours on a Saturday and was NOT disappointed! I ordered two Vietnamese iced coffees, a large variety of pastries, and picking up a cake they had on display. Everything was top tier. Nice bakery. Only bought three items, totaling $15, but quality baked goods. Had the key lime, blueberry with real cream donut (can't recall the actual name) and apple turnover (that is what made me stop in, the advertising on their outdoor sign states hand made) all were very good, esp key lime pie. They have a large selection. Place was very busy with people picking up cakes etc, but it all ran smoothly. I would certainly stop in again.
