We had the double chicken taco salad and it was great. Rice and beans at the bottom just enough and lots of lettuce with a whole lot of cubed roasted chicken. It was great so fresh and crisp and the chicken was delicious not dry at all. The cilantro sauce was great too, gave it an extra punch of flavors. My kid had the 3 piece chicken with sides. Her chicken was juicy and very flavorful, she loved it. Had Mac & cheese and potatoes as a side. Loved the mac & cheese. Got full half way but didn't feel heavy afterwards. We are going to be returning and bring more people also.

The staff was nice, but that’s about the only thing this place has going for it. I ordered a classic chicken burrito, and when I opened it up, it was basically a sad rice and bean pouch with two microscopic scraps of chicken—blink and you’d miss them. The taco was a soggy disaster, like it had been sitting around waiting to disappoint someone. This place has seriously gone downhill. For what I paid, I could’ve gotten a whole juicy rotisserie chicken from H-E-B and still had change left over. Do better, Pollo Loco—because this was just plain embarrassing.
