A friend and I stumbled upon this place after church, we were originally looking for something hibachi. The decor, food and service was amazing. Even though they only had hibachi style and not where they cook in front of you I still thought it was very delicious, hats off to the chef. Although I do not live out in Pearland I would definitely make a special trip just for the yummy food and amazing service. My friend had the sweet and sour chick and I had the teriyaki chicken bento box.

Pretty spacious sushi spot. They have so many choices and other entrees. The prices are fair too. Quality is up to par with other mid sushi places. They have a lunch special which I did get to partake in due to the time. I got the takumi it was interesting with the roe on top of the rolls. I feel like it was a little too much as I took a bite some of it would just fall off. However, it does make it look nice. I also got the Louisiana roll. I didn’t feel like it was anything special. Today’s late lunch/early dinner wasn’t just a meal.. it was an experience. Not the curated, candlelit kind… more like the “did I just step into a forgotten casino restroom?” kind. The bathroom? Oh, she had stories to tell. Dim lighting that felt less ambiance and more witness protection. A leaking toilet humming softly like it had given up on life. The drain cover? Local spot stop: It was very quiet inside and not many people. Service was great and prompt. The fish was good and we didn’t have any issues. While it’s not a top sushi spot I’d recommend. The meals are priced right and quality was good for the price. Don’t think there’s another in the area that compares. So if you’re in search for a sushi spot and live in the area, this is a spot for you to give a try. Mentions: The Shaggy Dog was thick! Definitely the biggest I’ve had anywhere. Well worth the value.
