Everything was amazing! The beans were some of the best I had, full of flavor. The rice was also delicious and perfectly cooked. The sandwich was pressed nicely with a generous amount of meat. The bacalaito was also tasty and my bf was very happy with it since it's one of his favorite foods! Overall, this is an awesome spot and I can't wait to go back!

Owl Corner Cafe is a solid spot for authentic Puerto Rican food. The portions are generous, everything is well seasoned, and it feels like a true home-style meal. The mofongo was packed with flavor and paired perfectly with the broth. The bistec was tender and rich, and the arroz with habichuelas and maduros hit the spot. The grilled chicken with arroz con gandules was also well cooked and full of flavor. Even the Malta India on the side brought it all together. My husband is obsessed with Mofongo so we’ve been trying places locally. So far, this has been the best! I wasn’t a fan of it at the last place but Owl’s Mofongo was PHENOMENAL!!!!!!!! I had a Cuban sandwich and it was perfection. Empanadas were perfect too. Can’t decide which I liked more, the beef or chicken. I can’t wait to go back and try more dishes. Really cute little dining room area And there are tables outside as well.
