Horrible portions and attitude. They take longer than estimated for online orders and they’ll give you the portions from one bowl split in two. It’s ridiculous

My family and I enjoy chipotle and regularly go. It’s good and sometimes they give decent meat portions . Today (9/5/25) I was given a very light portion chicken in my burrito and the steak bowls had literally a handful of steak. To top it off my daughter and I both almost ate the skin of the avocado. I hardly ever leave reviews . Chipotle needs a leadership revamp.

I think that for what it costs, they don't give any protein, it's less and less, only the rice and beans are felt in every bite

The manager refused to give me more than one vinaigrette dressing for my bowl. I offered to pay for it, she said it’s one per bowl. I’ve always asked for two because they NEVER fill them more than 1/4-1/3 full. It takes 2-3 of them to equal a full one. Is Chipotle that hard up? Or is the manager super controlling and just in the business of bad customer service? Very frustrating! If you don’t like your job, please QUIT!!
