Best thing you can do to help this location is call corporate… don’t talk to a manager don’t talk to staff just call corporate everything about this place is wrong. The location is open 24/7 and no matter what time of the day it’s terrible morning, afternoon & overnight! TRASH!! Update: Burger King across the street might be your best bet 24 hours as well better quality better experience…

Do not I repeat do not go to this McDonald's up in Riverside. I have went there 5 times now and ordered a large fry and they don't even fill it up all the way they really give you a small fry inside a large. DO NOT COME HERE I WANT A REFUND RIGHT NOW! 😡

Sat between the pay window and pickup for15 minutes. Left because I didn’t have time to stay, called to cancel the order and kept being tolled I was cutting out when she was responding to me after I finished saying something. Lady on the phone wouldn’t pick up when I called again, and was clearly just playing games bc I was upset for waiting with no communication that it would take longer. Don’t go here if you want quick food. This is a constant occurrence:

Went there yesterday morning around 5:30 and I placed a order at the kiosk but I tapped pay at counter because I left my wallet in the car so I figured while I go grab it my food would be getting prepared but nooo I had to place a new order and pay at kiosk because they didn’t even have the register open so when i finally got my order the oj was warm and watered down and my egg biscuit was dry and tasted old. Safe to say i will not be returning to that location
