Umm… I don’t know where to start. My experience wasn’t satisfied at Denny’s. I guess my expectation was high. The table and the seat wasn’t clean fully. The restaurant atmosphere classic American style breakfast/diner. No waiting line. We went there on Sunday. So it was quiet. I would like to mention the waitress was friendly but I can't say she's very familiar with the menu. For example, I asked what type of tea they have and she said only black tea. I looked at the menu and saw they serve herbal tea, so, I ordered. She brought me black tea 🫠 I asked her I ordered herbal tea on the menu, not

Terrific breakfast yesterday morning at this Denny’s location. We both had the value breakfast with eggs, bacon and pancakes. All were well prepared. Coffee was excellent. The staff were all very friendly and made us feel welcome. Love Denny’s pancakes because of their sponginess and great flavor. I also enjoy the classic diner decor. The vinyl seats in our booth were both split, so some repair and refurbishing is needed. But this did not keep us from thoroughly enjoying our visit. We will definitely dine here again.

The absolute worst place I have ever eaten at. My wife and I had to wait 25 minutes on the wait list. Then had to wait 15 more minutes to have my order taken and then another 20 minutes to receive my food. There were flies on the tables and light fixtures, counters and window sills. The staff was nice and did what they could but it was a total mess! This by far is a total joke!! I hope this gets out to good people who work hard for there money and then gets screwed big time from poor customer service, bugs (flies) odors and not food odors and over a 45 minute wait to eat!!!!!

First time at the Colonial Heights location since the one in Hopewell closed. Very sad about that we really enjoyed going there. CH wasn't busy when we first got there. We had pretty good service. Waitress was polite. My favorite lunch menu item is the bourbon bacon burger. It doesn't disappoint. Always a good sandwich at Dennys. Cooked just right with the right amount of toppings. Great flavor! The bourbon sauce is amazing! Onion rings were good. Unsweet tea was excellent, not just colored water. I liked the decor however the seats were ripped and things could use refreshing.
