Severely disappointed with my first ever visit to a Panera Bread. The store smelled funny when we walked in, not appetizing at all. No employees were visible, but they had self-order kiosks, which I actually like bc I can take my time reading descriptions and ingredients, and customizing orders, bc I'm kind of picky. They were "out of stock" on both of the soups we wanted. 🙄 Order 1: cheesesteak, salad, chips Order 2: French dip, bacon Mac and cheese, chips 3 macaroons We sat on the bench next to the order status screen and pick up window. Usually OK, but lately I don't know why over half my salads are dead. Hard White chunks and yellow. I just want for my salad to be like the picture on the menu. GREEN! Not this unappetizing mess.

I love this particular Panera. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I enjoy one young man named Charles. I don't know his last name, I just can tell he's a hard worker and always pleasant and polite. This location has a really nice, laid back vibe to it. good place to hang out and have some good food while relaxing with friends.

Consistent bad experiences at this location! Recently I placed an order. When I drove up to the window, one employee was working and chatting with another employee scrolling on her phone. She only made half my order. I explained I was in a hurry due to a family emergency and she just kept nonchalantly ringing up my order and slowly taking payment. I will not return to this location.
