Let me start with how Horrible it was. The AC wasnt working and the Employee's were absolutely horrible. No attention what so ever. They were all with some lady that was sitting there selling them jewelry. Not at all professional. Come on people. We are paying customers who deserve some honest help. Horrible. Horrible.

Chicken was completely burned and biscuit was hard as a rock not sure why they will serve something like that I’m sure the won’t eat it neither we stop for take out so we we can enjoy our food at the hotel but it was a disappointment thank you for ruined my dinner

Great chicken, so crispy now, I hadnt bought from here in a long whioe and wow your changes have been great. The chicken is so much better, crispy, not so soggy of oil, just way better than ever. Will buy more often

This restaurant has the SLOWEST service of ANY restaurant. The cashier takes the order BUT does not close out the sale until they are finished gathering the order. Conducting a transaction like this does not affect time that a person is waiting. This practice circumvents ACTUAL wait times. On average I wait about 15 minutes in line waiting to have my order taken. If you're in a hurry DO NOT come to this location. FACT: I wrote this detailed review while waiting in line *I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS LOCATION*
