My friend and I recently visited Eden Rooftop Bar February 28th. Overall the experience started off really nice. The rooftop aesthetics are beautiful, and watching the sunset while enjoying the atmosphere was amazing. The food was also very good, and we were truly having a great time. Unfortunately, the experience changed when we ordered a bottle of champagne. When the server brought our glasses, they were visibly dirty and one of the glasses even had a hair in it. Luis and Joseph were awesome! They were friendly, attentive, and got our food and drinks out quickly. We came in during the World Cup, and even though Mexico lost, they still made it a fun and enjoyable atmosphere. What impressed me the most was how professionally they handled a very rude customer. They stepped in right away and made sure that person's behavior didn't ruin the evening for everyone else. Their professionalism and positive attitudes really stood out. The drinks were great too!
