Fair Trade Cafe is one of my favorite downtown Phoenix coffee spots with a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. It’s a great place to meet up, get some work done, or hang out for a while. Their drinks are consistently good, and I love the local community feel the café has. Seating inside is average and can fill up quickly, but they do have outdoor seating options which is a nice bonus. It can also get very packed during busy hours, and the line to order can be pretty long. Overall, a great local spot with solid coffee and a fun energy.

Such a cute and welcoming spot. Great matcha, and salmon bagles. We ate outside which was cozy and cool. Enjoyed this spot very much. Match flight was banana cream, coconut cream and strawberry. Definitely recommend!

Lines were long and it was worth every moment in the end. We came on a very busy Sunday determined to try the Matcha Flight and some breakfast. To my pleasant surprise they had more than one flight with their Matha Madness themed flight which included the ube matcha I was dying to try. We ended our order with their matcha madness flight, regular matcha flight, Cubano sandwich and avocado toast. We were given a number and told our food would come out of us and to listen for our drink ordered they called by name. Everything came out fairly quick. They were quite busy so we expected it. This tucked away café is a gem. I had to stop in after meeting a client in the area and I could see the line and hear the music. That's what dreamy in. Not to mention I hadn't been there before. It's a whole vibe. Very busy on the weekends flowing with coffee, laughter, and amazing aroma's coming from the kitchen. The DJ was playing the hits and plenty of space to dive into some work study if needed. It was well worth the wait. Great customer service. I'll definitely be making a trip back for that amazing looking match flight.
