Ordered online for drive thru pick up. Arrived 4 minutes after the order was ready. Only one person in front of me. It took 17 minutes to get my completed order off the counter. When I asked the drive thru employee if she could check to make sure that the soups were still hot, she told me "No. We don't do that." Clearly there's a management and training issue at this location. Sorry you couldn't be bothered to spend 10 seconds feeling the outside of a soup bowl after it sat around for 25 minutes.

I love Panera Bread. They have great salads, soups and sandwiches! They always have new creative menu items. I love the tomato soup and Green Goddess salad without bacon! Its healthy and delicious. In fact most of their food items are both delicious and healthy which you cannot say about almost any fast food restaurant.

Tonight I found great service with ADRIANA and KARA. I was able to grab a great pecan strawberry chicken salad with poppyseed dressing on the side and an ice tea from my Sips Club membership. Quick service here. Two big cookies one with chocolate chips and one with M&Ms. Yummy Order desk is accessible. Venue is accessible. 3 ice tea versions and Pepsi® fountain drinks for self serve. Ask about smoothies and special-teas. You have to know where to pick up Take out and fine in versions. Accessible men and women's restroom with dedicated stall that have 2 grab bars and 5ftx 5 ft space. Van

Food was good as always. Food prep was slow at this location. NOTE: the guy in the back making sandwiches was working his butt off, the others not so much. Manager had just left the bathroom after cleaning. There were no paper towels and the second dispenser fell apart when I tried to use it. Prices have gone up a little but I'm good with that as the portion sizes have remained the same.
