Generously filled crepes! Loved the Dubai Style, Mediterranean, and Chicken Florentine! I was most surprised by the Dubai Crepe because I always hear people say it’s too sweet or just “okay”. I loved it at Fraise! It was lightly sweet and paired well with the fresh strawberries and bananas inside! I loved the crispy Kataifi! It stayed crispy for every bite! Fraise Cafe is an absolute gem! The crepes are hands down some of the best I've ever had fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made. Their coffee is just as impressive and pairs perfectly with any meal. Fraise in Fullerton deserves every bit of recognition it has, including being named one of Yelp’s Top 100 Coffee Shops in America. It’s a family-owned restaurant and you can immediately feel the care, precision, and intention in everything they make. We had a great experience at this café. We ordered the Dubai Strawberry Crepe, Chicken Florentine, and the Norwegian Salmon Croissant, and everything tasted fresh and well-made. You can really tell that quality ingredients are important here. During a quieter moment, the owner Sam took the time to chat with us and share the history of the café.
