Quality of the seafood is top notch and is fresh. A great Great Sushi chef Is so hard to find but not here . The atmosphere is wonderful and the wait staff is way above par. When Ginza was in farmingdale, we frequently visited.We lost track of Ginza when they moved and thankfully wefound them in the plaza. Highly recommend for quality sushi-sashimi and they're hot entrees are fabulous.
