Service is so slow!!! I placed an order when I was on south ave entering Westfield and I put im already here so they can start the order and it will be ready, this is my 3rd time doing that. And it’s NEVER ready. They need to try and hurry up. When I got there inside Nobody was inside, so why isn’t my food ready. This is crazy what if people are late to work. The communication isn’t even that great maybe like a 50% it depends on the crew members and especially that manager she needs to be enthusiastic. This morning I came to this establishment to get breakfast .. they made a mistake and messed up my order .. I asked to speak to a manager “ Marybell “ she insisted that I pay extra because their employee got my order misconstrued. Argued with me for 15 mins about a drink instead of fixing the situation. Saying “ her system won’t allow her to give me the correct drink “ In utter disbelief with her customer service skills.
