We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Ebesu! We ordered miso soup, pork gyoza, tuna flatbread, and a variety of sushi. Everything was phenomenal! The sushi melted in your mouth. The tuna flatbread was my favorite - so yummy. The staff were all very friendly and attentive too. We will definitely be back!

We tried quite a few items: -Matcha old fashioned -Hamachi crudo -BBQ pork ribs -Karaage -Brussels sprouts with walnuts and golden raisins -Pork belly and pork jowl from the grill -Assorted tempura -Tuna bowl and roll -Spicy poke bowl -Duck udon Everything was amazing. This place is hands down the best real deal Japanese I have found in DFW (easily comparable to any of my favorites in SoCal). I would come back here in a heartbeat to try the rest of the menu!

I had a great experience here! One of the best parts is their weekday evening Happy Hour—they offer a huge variety of menu items, so you can enjoy a lot of different dishes at a really good price. Overall, most of the food was excellent. My personal favorite was the Chirashi Don. The ingredients were incredibly fresh, and the lotus root was a highlight—it had that perfect crunch with a slight pickled flavor. We tried EBESU, Service was good, seating was comfortable, and there was no wait on a Friday night. We ordered sushi rolls (California, salmon avocado, and avocado rolls), and each roll came with 8 pieces. Everything was fresh but was bland and all tasted very similar, nothing particularly special or memorable.
