I'm still reeling from a rather 'unwelcoming' experience with a lady on June 24th. Despite my friendly greetings – yes, I greeted her twice! – she didn't bother to respond and gave me a rather dismissive stare. Am i asking too much?

Ordered through the app, requesting extra lettuce. This was the size of my foot long sub, with a quarter for scale. First two photos was only one half - few inches from the end and the sub was not filled with much other than ranch. 3rd photo - Second half of a foot long, where it was cut. The total amount of toppings inside was about the size of a quarter, and less after taking a bite. Do NOT order online since the employees will try and cheat you out of a decently filled sub if you are not there watching.

Utter customer harassment by one of the male employees (perhaps the manager by his age?). I don't recommend this place to anyone for its compete lack of courtesy and respect for customers. We were followed outside by the male employee I indicated above to be told not to leave the car parked there. We had purchased some cookies and left the car for 5 mins while running a quick errand. I had a very uncomfortable experience at this Subway location. An older gentleman approached me in the parking lot before I even had a chance to go inside and began telling me that I couldn’t park in customer parking. I explained that I was planning to buy a sandwich, but he continued to argue with me and told me that I couldn’t purchase food and then walk to the nearby park. What made the situation even more frustrating was that I later watched two other families do the exact same thing without being confronted.
