Went here because I got a gift card for Christmas. I had low expectations going into it but they managed to not even reach that low bar. My boyfriend and I both got a drink and food. I ordered my mocha signature latte with oat milk instead of whole. They used almond milk. I dont like almond milk in my coffee because its too strong of a flavor, not to mention if they did that to someone with a nut allergy. The donut we ordered was missing but they gave us a few extra which is why they got two stars and not one. Both of our signature lattes were handed to us without the whipped cream and drizzle

Coffee was good but idk what was going on in that lady’s head to make her think I’d be happy with this bagel not even edible. Edit: a week later and I have more to say lmao, the workers have nothing but excuses for their mistakes, I asked for a caramel macchiato and they gave me a plain one when I politely told them it was caramel and not plain they told me “well she heard you say just a macchiato.” Regardless if that’s the case all she had to do was pump some flavouring into the drink. I've been coming here since I moved and it's just progressively worse each time I go. And lately my drinks aren't even full when I pick them up also I've ordered coffee milk in my iced coffee on the app and when I did thru the drive thru they said they can't do it. So I've paid for it all those times and never got it because they aren't allowed? Sounds like this place is just ripping me off

Picked up a mango pineapple lemonade refresher with coconut the other morning and it tasted salty. Initially I thought that maybe it needed to be stirred up, but my friend tried it and also said that it was very salty. I ended up dumping it out. Very disappointed.
