This is what you get for the kids taco kit now, same price Less food. My kid didn't even want to eat it, usually loves the taco kit. This is more the corporate office than the staff. We will no longer be eating at Qdobas anymore, We will be trying other casual fast food establishments from now.

This is the worst Qdoba in the Kalamazoo area. The workers are so rude. Visit after visit my family and I approach the counter and no one addresses us for several minutes. Tables are dirty. They often don't have forks - which they won't mention before you order your food. Then they'll tell you to eat it with a spoon. I don't like leaving a bad review, but this location has consistently been rude, dismissive, dirty, and inhospitable. Save yourself the frustration and go to the one further North on Westnedge and Whites Road. They're fantastic!
