Went here and ordered a chicken pita with veggies to go. I’m non-dairy and the lady at the counter accidentally added feta. Fine okay, but then she proceeds to try and scrape off crumbled feta with her hands (gloved yes but still weird) instead of just making me a new one. Eventually she gives up and does my order again, which is nice. But then she jacks it up by DROWNING it in shug sauce (ps, I asked for regular not extra). So now my entire pita is soggy and all I can taste is shug sauce. Really bad experience today for an otherwise delicious chain restaurant

Yesterday was my first time trying Cava. I went because my daughter goes there often and loves it. I ordered a very boring bowl not really knowing what to try. Rochelle, whom I think is the manager there, asked me to reconsider some of their toppings to add. I added two toppings and MY GOODNESS the food was just as amazing as the service! I truly appreciated Rochelle even caring enough about my experience to take the time to encourage me to create a better bowl. Great experience, great food, clean restaurant, extremely nice staff!

Today, I walked into the Stonebridge CAVA- my favorite place for Mediterranean bowls. Let me say— friendliest CAVA I’ve been to. Why? Because I was served by Rochelle, a CAVA employee who greeted me and even went further to ask how my day was. She was so polite and kind, I had to write a review about her. I didn’t finish my food that I got to eat at the restaurant, and asked for a to-go bowl and she was very nice and asked if lunch was great. Not only was the food great here (as usual), but meeting Rochelle was a pleasure. Made the experience 10x better. Will stop by again if I’m in the area
