My experience today compelled me to write this. I'm a driver for a mobile food delivery platform. I received the order about 15 minutes before arriving at Dunkin'. When I got there, the order was already sitting on the counter loose and unbagged. Knowing it needed to be packaged properly, I waited patiently. After about five minutes, I was finally asked if I needed help. I explained that I was there for the single order already sitting on the counter among the other pickup orders. I have to be honest it is juat Dunkin Donuts so it shouldn't be so serious. However the number of times the morning crew 530am to 730am messed up my SIMPLE orders is disturbingly amazing. Simple orders like a bagel or an iced green tea. I think what broke me when about a week ago I asked if they had RASPBERRY limeade (I got it at highway dunking coming from jersey) the young lady said yes and then gave me BLACK CHERRY. This mornings breakfast was less then satisfactory. Not only did they forget things…my breakfast wrap had bites taken out of the sausage. Officially moving my business and sharing this with all of my employees. Starbucks anyone ?

Amazing food. I got a strawberry cream cheese bagel, a turkey sausage egg and cheese on an English muffin, a matcha latte with almond milk and French vanilla sweetener, and an assortment of munchkins. This Dunkin’ stands out as one of the best in the region. Will be ordering from here again soon!
