I've not had a bad meal here and have been coming for years. It's genuinely one of my favorites. Their Prime Rib sandwich is fantastic as is their Salmon options. The desserts are solid as well. Great plans overall. Downstairs dining is quiet and the second is pretty good. The only caveat I have is that it can get a bit speedy.

Had the Chipotle Beef Hash. It was tasty however the ratios of meat to veggies to potatoes was way too far on the potatoes side. The coffee was meh. The wait staff seemed a little overwhelmed and confused about who ordered what (in their defense we had a fairly good sized group). It would be interesting to go as a couple to see if the service was any different.

We had a wonderful time. I was so happy that they were accepting walk ins. We ordered the lasagna Bolognese and the chicken fried chicken. My wife also had the Cosmo. The lasagna was wonderful with the chabotta bread. And the chicken was so crispy. According to my wife, the Cosmo was amazing and you could barely taste the alcohol. The staff was friendly and let us have our conversations in peace, only checking on us every once in a while. Which was perfect for our little date. We hope to go back soon and have another amazing time.

My husband and I traveled to Kansas City for a wedding. We were just looking for a nice place to relax, have a good meal, and maybe a drink after a long day of travel and Summit Grill was perfect! The service, food, and atmosphere were all excellent. Everything felt welcoming and well done from start to finish. We only wish we could have gone more than once during our trip. We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in town!
