I ordered 9 combo meals for my staff working the night shift around 11 PM, just an hour before closing. The person taking my order was very polite and accommodating. I know it was a large order and close to closing time, but the entire night shift crew handled everything with great attitudes. Everyone was smiling, friendly, and worked quickly to get the order prepared promptly. If I had cash on hand, I definitely would have tipped the crew, but my card was the only payment method I had at the time. The night shift team tonight absolutely rocked. The worst Wendy's. I'm not sure if she's a shift manager, but if you're going to have your kids come in you need to take their order and continue to the next customer. There's really no need to take a picture of the kid's earring. My wait was 10 mins just to place my order with no one in front of me. And if you want to come out in the dining area to sit on the floor, may I suggest you make sure the counter register has change and you might want to make sure the staff is getting orders out correctly.

Went to get my food I ordered on the app. Got all of it. Asked for 4 ranch to go with my breakfast fries. I love to dip my fries in ranch sauce. I have always been given them. Not this time , was told I’d have to pay 2 dollars for them. I said that’s a rip off. I order other places all the time, no ranch charges. You need to care about your customers better!

We enjoyed our meal at Wendy's very much. I recommend getting one of the biggie deals which cost either $5 or $6. You get a lot of food for the money. I got the $6 biggie that included a fried chicken and cheese BLT sandwich, fries, chicken nuggets, and a beverage. The service was very good and pleasant. The restaurant was clean.
